La Maison 1844 makes its delicious fruit pasta by hand. In our workshop in Carpentras, we produce, every day, fruit pastes with an inimitable taste.

Our secret of taste comes from the fact that we use real fruits and that we do not put flavors, no colors and no preservatives.

Today, we sell our homemade fruit pasta in cut-out plates. We leave you the choice of being able to create your shapes and quantities.

Do not hesitate to consult us for a list of our authentic flavors (strawberry from Provence, Quince, Clementine from Corsica, Marron d'ardèche, Abricot from Provence) but also more daring flavors with truffle, basil tomatoes...
