Indeed, depending on the progress of production, you will have the right to a small presentation of the confectionery and of course a tasting for the most greedy.
The confectioner will transform the melted sugar in candy paste before your eyes, then in Berlingot de Carpentras or lollipops.
Real immersion in the world of confectionery.
A tasting of confectionery (berlingots, sweets, Provence strawberry syrup, fruit pasta, marshmallow lollipops etc...) will be offered with a hot drink (coffee or tea), a friendly moment of sharing.
You can thus fully enjoy the quality of local ingredients (short circuits of strawberry type, apricot de Provence, honey igp melon from Provence, natural aromas made in Vaucluse etc... )
The quality of excellence combining authenticity and modernity, especially with recipes based on vegetable dyes (spirulina, carrot, sweet potato...) and the reduction of plastic that gives way to compostable packaging.
You can also find a video projection of the history of confectionery and a workshop scent in the shop to discover the flavors of sweets.
